Our Network

We're a big believer in taking full responsibility for everything related to your website - we operate our own network, and host all our clients' websites.

We own our own hardware. This means that if something breaks, it's ours. We fix it. We don't ring outside consultants or sit in support queues.

We run servers in Melbourne and Brisbane. This means that even if we completely lose one of our facilities, websites go straight back up on the other one. We can ride through broad-scale network failures without interruption of services.

We monitor our systems 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If anything goes wrong, we know about it before you - or your customers - do.
