We're not your regular web design company.

We like to do things a little differently. We know the web industry well enough to know that it's tempting to fall into bad habits - and we try to avoid doing that.

Here's a few points about our culture. We think you'll like us.

You shouldn't have to care.

The way we see it, a website should be like electricity - it's just there. It works. You can take for granted that it's working - generating new business for you, taking your orders, or even just capturing enquiries - and go about your day.

See - there are a whole pile of things that a typical web design company will spend inordinate amounts of time telling you about that you shouldn't have to know, and you don't need to understand.

You don't care that our network is geographically redundant.

You don't care that our websites are XHTML compliant.

You don't care that we do cross-browser testing during the build process of each site (which we craft by hand).

You don't care that our network does a 300 point health check on itself every 5 minutes.

You don't care that we've developed our own CMS, CRM, and Middleware platform in .NET - from scratch.

Unless you're particularly technical, or a stickler for detail - it doesn't matter.

You just care that:

• We live up to our promises.
• We give you something that works... properly.
• We're here when you need us.
• We'll help you sort out anything to do with your website - even if the issue is out of our control.

We don't drown you in technical nonsense, or give you blame-shifting responses if something goes wrong.

If it's something technical, you shouldn't have to care - that's our job.

Everything should just work.

If you've ever dealt with IT contractors, as a business owner you'll know how frustrating it can be to be shunted off to another company to try to relay technical information, chinese-whispers-style.

That's not how we do things. Our clients can rely on us to be their single point of contact for everything web - we're happy to talk to other techs on your behalf to get things done. We're happy to spend the time to make sure your email is working, and that other providers are looking after you too.

We take total responsibility for your website staying online, all the time. We own our own networks, which means that if there's a problem, it's our problem - and we can fix it; we're not in the support queue of another hosting company - we go in ourselves and fix it. Day or night.

We take total responsibility for your ability to manage your website, whenever you want. If you (or your site visitors) have any trouble, we usually know about it before you do. We're constantly improving our CMS so our clients can make the most of their websites. 

The way we see it: if it's too hard for you to do yourself, that's not your problem - it's ours.
