The search function is great, customers can find an item quickly and directly.

The site can cope with most image formats and sizes within reasonable limits so only simple editing of images is required.

Another advantage is that customers have a really good idea what they want when they ring there is often no need for further explanation, they just order.  This is largely due to the help the site gives them in selecting a piece that suits their home.
